New date for Horror Fair

New date for Horror Fair

The Festival will celebrate another Horror Fair date on Monday, the 21st, at FADU’s Pabellón III, in the open-air screening area and the Central Patio.

The public will have the chance to interact again with cosplayers dressed as monsters, villains, and heroines from well-known sagas (thanks to COSAR, Cosplayer Asociados Argentinos). Attendees can also participate in FX makeup sessions, and once the sun sets, there will be a screening of short films made by students of the Audiovisual Design degree, leading up to the main feature: Demián Rugna’s Cuando acecha la maldad.

Throughout the day, horror, fantasy, and pop culture will take center stage, with cosplayers and the audience—who are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite villains and monsters—stealing the spotlight. Cosplay, which originated in Japan, aims to achieve faithful representations of characters from video games, comics, films, and especially anime, as an expression of fan dedication, both in costume and performance.

Admission is free, and the activities will begin at 2 p.m. During the festival, there will be food trucks on site, and a DJ will play music into the evening.

Fans and the curious alike, welcome to our Horror Fair!
