In a small, austere bathroom, an enigmatic chef turns this unexpected space into his peculiar kitchen. With extraordinary creativity, the chef transforms the sink into his workspace, where he begins a unique culinary process: instead of cooking, he uncooks. He takes some cooked noodles and, by immersing them in boiling water, returns them to their raw state. This process culminates when the chef presents his final creation to a terrifying customer, showcasing his mastery in the art of reverse cooking that defies all expectations.

Francisco Quintana, Megan Pérez Rimedio y Martín Sobrino Zamberlin are students of Audiovisual Design (FADU-UBA). They worked together on Tanto azúcar (2023), Entre la tierra y el cielo: La tragedia de Rufina Cambaceres (2023), and Garzo (2024).
