Camilo Canegato is a very shy man in love with a woman, and to catch her attention he pretends to be in love with another non-existent girl. But one day his fantasy girl appears and disturbs his life to such an extent that Camilo will find it difficult to distinguish fact from fiction.


Presented by Argentina Sono Film. Restored in 4K by Cubic Restoration in cooperation with the Sociedad por el Patrimonio Audiovisual, with the support of the Cannes Film Festival and the Lumière Film Festival in Lyon. The restoration was coordinated by Fernando Madedo and supervised by Luis Alberto Scalella, president of Argentina Sono Film. It was carried out respecting the original AlexScope 2.35 aspect ratio, using the original 35mm negatives preserved in the Archive of Argentina Sono Film, the film's rights holder.

Mario Soffici was a film director, actor, and screenwriter. He was one of the founders of the organization Directores Argentinos Cinematográficos in 1958. He directed feature films such as Kilómetro 111, Prisioneros de la tierra, and El hombre que debía una muerte, among many others.
